Google Launches A New Search To Fight Coronavirus In India:- Google made changes for its website for the visitors and few special features are added in this coronavirus season. Google India portal will appear to be a dedicated platform to find the information about coronavirus and the authentic information about the spread and the number of cases as per the records by the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The Google search engine will show more than 1500 food and night shelters in over 35 cities across the country. This will sure help the poor and migrant workers to reach the shelters if they are stuck somewhere. Google Maps can be used for such help.
One can ask for food or night shelter in Hindi or English to Google Assistant to get the results. Google said that more languages are being added. As of now, these services is available on any featured phones. Google has published COVID-19 Community Mobility Reports which will help the public. All the information is captured through satellite cameras. The individuals can also search for grocery stores and other information on Google Maps to locate them. Google also said that payments of around 13 million USD are processed through Google Pay to PM CARES Fund.
