Tik Tok Has A Shock For China: Set For Big Changes:- With the arrival of coronavirus pandemic and considering the security, Tik Tok has been banned in several countries. After the border issues, India banned 59 Chinese apps including Tik Tok and the USA announced that they are considering the ban of Tik Tok. Bytedance Ltd revealed that they are in plans to change the corporate structure of Tik Tok after the USA has concerns about the parent company which originated from Tik Tok. A new management board of Tik Tok will be formed soon and a new headquarters for Tik Tok will be established outside China. Tik Tok is keen to distance its operations from China's Beijing from where it it operating currently.

Tik Tok has its headquarters in Beijing and it is now considering multiple locations to establish a global base. Five large offices are in New York, Los Angeles, Dublin, London and Singapore. Tik Tok said  "We will move forward in the best interest of our users, employees, artists, creators, partners, and policymakers," in a statement. Tik Tok happens to be one of the most used app in countries like the USA and India. It is widely popular among the teens. USA President Donald Trump recently said that his administration is keen to ban Tik Tok.

Bytedance is facing a US national security review. Tik Tok already denied all the allegations of posing a threat for the national security of the USA. Alex Zhu, the former Chief of Tik Tok already handed over the reins of Tik Tok to Kevin Mayer, the new CEO and is the former executive for Walt Disney Co.
