India schools in the middle east countries are charging the parents heavily for educating their wards. The incident came to light when  Gulf Times threw its focus on the way how the Indian school have been hurting the pockets of parents with whopping 500 riyals towards the examination fee while the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) made it mandatory not to charge above 197 riyals.

Even the CBSE officials in Qatar said that such practices  violate the present rules of the board. The officials have also made it clear that the decision of deciding the exam fee doesn’t rest in the hands of the school management.

Meanwhile, a management committee in Qatar has put this decision on hold stating that the schools will not increase the tuition fee unless and until parents unanimously accept the same. Nonetheless, certain parents already paid 500 riyals. It is the duty of the CBSE to look into this issue more seriously and if possible crack a whip on such schools.
