Chaats are a favorite of everyone. Try this simple and healthy chat recipe at home.
Ingredients
20 papdis or crisp puris
1 large Onion, chopped finely
2 medium Potatoes boiled and thinly sliced
2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp Tamarind chutney
2 tbsp Green chutney
1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp Rock salt
1 tbsp Boondi
4 tbsp Sev
1 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves, chopped finely
Method
Take all the papdis and arrange on a serving dish. Place the potato slices neatly on the papdis and spread onions over it. Sprinkle some tamarind and green chutney on each papdi. Then sprinkle lemon juice, the roasted-and-powdered cumin and rock salt over them. Now the final touch require spreading the boondi, sev, pomegranate seeds and chopped coriander leaves to the chat. The dish has to be served immediately.
