Most of them beating the busy life fail to spend ample time for coooking a meal for the day. Here are the five basis dishes that can be made in quick time in your kitchen:
Migas:
Migas is a flexible, madcap egg scramble, with roots in Spanish, Mexican and Tex-Mex cooking. Many find it tough to make an omlette. Onion and pepper should be added along with the needed sausage. Add the beaten eggs and crushed chips, stir the whole thing untill the eggs are cooked. Add some cheese along with other toppings which makes a delicious meal.
Roasted chicken:
Roasted chicken is one meal which most of them pick up. Use the pieces by preheating in oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Rub the pieces with olive oil by placing them in a nonstick pan. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper, then roast it for 45 minutes untill they are well cooked. Mixture of chilli powder, cumin and paprika can be added for better taste.
Rice:
Add a glass of rice along with two glasses of water in a medium saucepan. Add half teaspoon salt and place it on heat for some time. Boil and stir in and let the water return to simmer. cover the pot or vessel to turn the heat donw. It will take 20 minutes for the rice to be cooked completely.
English Muffin Pizzas:
English muffin pizza can be made using slivered cooked onions or peppers, sliced olives, chopped cooked broccoli, pepperoni. Toast a split muffin in a toaster at 350-degree Fahrenheit oven until very lightly brown, three to four minutes. A slice of mozzarella should be added. Give a final sprinkle of salt, pepper and your English muffin pizza is ready.
Soup:
Start making soup by heating a bit of oil in a large pot and add onion, shallots, carrots, winter squashes, potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower. All these ingredients should be chopped into small pieces. Add couple of cups of chicken, beef or vegetable and keep the flame in sim. In 10 to 20 minutes, keep a low flame and add crushed tomatos and beans. Simmer it for 15 more minutes and the soup will be ready.
