The third Test between Australia and India ended in a draw. Australia were four wickets short of victory but the team has sealed the series with 2-0 lead over the visitors. First innings heroes Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane again played a crucial role from saving the match. Virat completed half century while Rahane fell two runs short of half century.
After 17 years a Test match at Melbourne Cricket Ground ended in a draw. Josh Hazlewood, Mitchel Johnson and Ryan Harris took two wickets each. The mainstream bowlers troubled the Indian batsmen and also thanks to sloppy Aussies who missed couple of chances. The fourth Test will begin on January 6th in Sydney.
