Pootharekulu is a popular dessert made in Andhra in India. It is made of rice starch, sugar powder, ghee and cardamom powder. Let’s lear how to make it.

Ingredients:
1 pack Phyllo sheets
4 tbs Ghee
2 tbsp Cardamom powder
300 g Sugar powder
Method:
1. Take one layer of phyllo sheets on a plain surface.
2. Apply ghee all over the sheet using brush.
3. Sprinkle sugar powder and cardamom powder.
4. Then take another layer of phyllo sheets and apply ghee, sugar and cardamom powder.
5. Repeat the process until you get a thick Layer.
6. Roll them into rectangles.
7. Delicious pootharekulu is ready.
