Virat Kohli was hit by bouncer on day three of the first Test between Australia and India. Virat was stuck on helmet by Mitchell Johnson's bouncer but thankfully nothing happened. As Virat was hit, every Aussie player walked towards him to check whether he was fine or not. There was also utter silence in the crowd.

Coming to the scores, Indian batsmen gave a good start, Murali Vijay, Pujara scored half centuries but got out without entering the triple figure mark. At Tea, the score stood at 223 for the loss of three wickets. Virat Kohli is batting at 48 accompanied by Rahane at 19.
