Are you bored of eating the same old bread and butter for Breakfast? Do you want to try something new? Then here is the recipe of Kulcha stuffed with grated paneer. If you want to eat something yummy and delicious this is one of the best choices. You can also eat Paneer Kulcha for brunch as it is heavy.

Ingredients:
200 grams of grated Paneer
1/2 cup Refined Flour
Onion
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
Onion seeds as required
Butter as required
For dough
2 cups Refined flour
1/2 tbsp Baking powder
1/4 tbsp Baking soda
1/2 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Yogurt
Oil as required
Method
Take a large bowl. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, milk, yogurt and knead well to make the soft dough.
After preparing the dough to apply 1 tbsp oil on the dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Now chop the onions and grate the paneer.
Take another bowl add salt, red chili powder, chopped onions, and grated paneer. Mix them well.
Take some oil in your hand. Take a part of the dough on one palm and spread the dough with another hand.
Now take the paneer stuffing and place it in the center of the dough. Gather all the edges slowly and seal it well. Make sure while sealing the stuffing doesn’t come out of the dough.
After making stuffing balls keep them aside for 15 minutes.
If you want you can sprinkle a few onion seeds also.
Now dampen your left hand with water. Place a stuffed ball over it and spread, using both hands. Make it into a round kulcha.
Heat a nonstick tawa. Place a kulcha over it. The side of the kulcha should be dampened with water facing down.
Cover and cook till it turns golden. Flip it and cover and cook till the other side becomes golden.
Serve hot with curd and pickle.
